Juana lives at the very top of the Buenos Aires area of Santa Ana volcano with her daughters and parents. During the week, Juana works at the Las Nubes farm nearby and her family helps take care of their Kenyas, Bourbons and Pacamaras growing above 1700 m.

She harvested the Kenya variety separately and picked the Bourbon and Pacamara together, so we processed different daylots of each selection.
