Latin American Specialty Coffees
This is the website of our coffee production project, Productor.Coffee.
We're working mainly in El Salvador and Colombia.
Our families have been farming, processing and exporting coffees continuously, generation after generation, since the 1800s.
In El Salvador we produce coffees from our own farms and purchase cherry from friends' farms to process ourselves. We also source parchment from small producers.
We produce specialty coffees through various processing methods such as washed, honeys, naturals and anaerobic ferments.
And we teach other farmers how to process their own.
Our Cupping and Green Analysis Lab in San Salvador oversees the production's quality and helps producers improve their drying.
We export our own farms´coffees and those of our friends,
from full containers to microlots.
