Latin American Specialty Coffees
This is the website of our coffee production project, Productor.Coffee.
We're working mainly in El Salvador and Colombia.
Our families have been farming, processing and exporting coffees continuously, generation after generation, since the 1800s.
In El Salvador we produce coffees from our own farms and process the coffees of our friends as well.
We make washed, honeys, naturals and anaerobic ferments and export from full containers to microlots.
In Colombia, we are teaching farmers how to improve their processing and sourcing some of these coffees.
