This is the website of our El Salvador coffee exporting company, Productor.Coffee.
We´ve been farming, processing and exporting coffees continuously, generation after generation, since the 1800s.
Our focus in El Salvador is to produce great coffees at our own farms and also support coffee producer friends.
We produce specialty coffees through various processing methods such as washed, honeys, naturals and anaerobic ferments.
And we teach other farmers how to process their own.
Our Cupping and Green Analysis Lab in San Salvador oversees the production's quality and helps producers improve.
We export our own farms´coffees and those of our friends,
from full containers to microlots.
